A short re-telling of the ancient Greek tale about 300 Spartans who stood against the great Persian army. Somewhat historically accurate, if a little more colourful than what you would find in Herodotus.

This is a coffee table book of a comic, over-sized and landscape. Making it not so convenient for reading. This isn't really a problem however, as going cover to cover will take less than an hour.

Action packed, filled with great colourful artwork and a heap of one-liners, 300 is a great read for Frank Miller and comic book fans. Probably one of the more suitable works of his for younger readers.
